JACK TARRANT MANAGING DIRECTOR Jack grew up on a farm in Wairoa, leaving there to attend Lincoln where he studied for BCom (Ag). Jack has farmed in the both the North and South Islands, in a range of systems from intensive dairying to extensive high country sheep & beef. He has spent the last 20 years working alongside farmers in predominantly Animal Nutrition roles (including working for Inghams & Mitavite). “Good nutrition and good farming systems is what drive me. My end goal would be for happy healthy cows who have little impact on the environment, whilst making a good profit for the farming business. Our individualised tailor made nutrition plans are developed with all those goals in mind. I’m proud of what we do and why we do it, I know it works and it’s great to be part of the results.”

LARISSA KINGSBURY TERRITORY MANAGER Growing up on a dairy farm on the Waitaki Plains, Larissa has been passionate about the industry from a young age. On finishing Lincoln University with a first class honours degree in Agricultural Science, Larissa first managed and then went contract milking on the family farm. This has helped provide practical experience which supports technical theory on how best to feed cows so that they are not only happy and healthy, but also perform and are profitable. “Having had my own cows on the program and seeing the results, this is something that I want to share with others who love feeding cows!” An avid horse trekker, Larissa understands the benefits of a well balanced diet in horses too. “The satisfaction of knowing that my horses are being properly fed everyday with the right balance of nutrients is fantastic. I love being able to pull my horses out of the paddock after a busy week knowing that they’ll perform.”
